Spotting in first trimester

So I thought I posted this but can't find it.... Today I started spotting.. So I went to the hospital and my fetus, measuring 6 weeks 4 days had a normal to low heartbeat.. I'm not clotting and my cervix is closed which dr said is good. Has anyone spotted and had a healthy full term pregnancy? If so how long did the spotting last. I'm so nervous this would be my rainbow baby
