First trimester back pain?

I didn't get this during my first pregnancy til 30wks. I'm only 9wks now...why? It concerns me...I hope it's just a UTI.

This is my first pregnancy but I had the absolute worst lower back pain in the very beginning that lasted for a few weeks. It felt like I had been standing in high heels all day and it burned. But I was able to put a lumbar pillow under the spot (right above my sacrum) and it seemed to relieve the pain/pressure.
