Safe to eat Subway Mayonnaise while pregnant??

Anyone please help, I just bought a foot long with mayo!!!

I'm sure the mayo is fine but the lunch meat is not...and I would be worried about the veggies they use too

Perfectly fine . I eat subs from there all the time at least 2 times a week my doc hasn't said that I should stop eating mayo or the subs lol

I'm pretty sure the mayo is fine I haven't heard anyone saying anything bad about it ever. I have just heard to get the meat toasted to make sure it kills the nitrates but I know healthy babies who's moms didn't do that either

Get it toasted or heated and you should be good... Course after 19-20 weeks I gave up looking at the guidelines and just used common sense.

My mom ate subway most of her pregnancy and she was high risk. Just make sure the meat is heated up first.
