Every month as soon as I start my period, I get the worst cramps ever to the point that I start crying and sometimes throwing up. My period is heavy every month and I'm not sure why, but anyway back to the topic of the question. As I'm laying in my bed as I write this, I have a heating pad on the highest setting it isn't really helping and chocolate doesn't help me. Any tips would be so helpful, thank you 😫
