5dpo, dull cramps

Linz • 25 years old,, TTC #3. I have an 8.5 year old DS and a 1 year old DD. My husband and I have been together for 7 years.
I've had steady, dull aching on my right side, along my hip. Feels like a lot of pressure. Is it possible that it's related to implantation? Anyone else experience symptoms similar to this? Testing on 4/7.
