Spotting

I've had spotting through out this pregnancy. I'm 8 weeks. I have spotting after sex or ultrasound and it lasts about a day or two. I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks 1 day with a healthy baby and a heart rate of 145bpm .It's light pink and sometime has a tiny clot of string. Has anyone else had this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy?
