Ovulation tests as pregnancy tests??

Question

So I read that you can take ovulation tests as pregnancy tests... I ovulated 9 days ago and I took an ovulation test 2 days ago just to see if it worked. I expected to get a negative but it was almost positive! I took an FRER yesterday and it was negative. If my husband and I looked really hard there was the barest hint of a line. Well I took another ovulation test and its suuuuuper positive. Has anyone else tried this and it worked??
I had an m/c last month and we avoided sex on my fertile days. But we did it once in the very beginning of glow's projected fertile days... 
Also has anyone had a miscarriage and concieved the next month with a healthy pregnancy??

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and thought id test it out with some leftover ovulation kits.. Def got a positive

My hcg got stuck at 30 because I conceived exactly 2 weeks after my miscarriage. My baby girl is 10 months old

If an opk is picking up on hcg then a pregnancy test would be positive too.

Testing again tomorrow and if positive I'll go to the doctor.

Also I don't know if my HCG ever hit 0. But it seems to have spiked within the last three days...

I know it’s an old post but from what I know is that OPK has nothing to do with detecting pregnancy hormones. I have clear blue and it even says in instruction to disregard the lines.
