What do they test to see if you ovulated?

My OB/GYN took blood to see if I ovulated after taking Clomid. I got my results today and she said I did ovulate and they don't do blood pregnancy tests but my levels are high enough where I could be pregnant. What levels of what do they test to see if you ovulated? How high do they have to be to be pregnant? Please help lol taking a pregnancy test tomorrow but I'm at work and freaking out. After over a year of TTC I pray I am finally pregnant.
