Rapid breathing at times newborn?

My baby was born 5/19 brought her home yesterday and this morning after her feeding I noticed some rapid breathing so I kept an eye on her. She seemed fine I just became concerned we go see the Pediatrics doctor Wednesday morning and I will mention it. Just wondered if any other mom's experience this?

They are new to the world and learning how to breathe. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. 😊 it's pretty normal

A lot of newborns do that from time to time.. But if it seems to be all the time, try timing it. They should average 30-60 per minute. My son was born with pneumonia and that's how we caught it. But it was all the time not randomly, he was also very whiney and nothing seemed to calm him down.

My baby does this too. He will be two weeks on Wednesday and has had a check up and everything was good. They take many more breaths a minute than an adult so it's normal. As long as it's not constant I wouldn't be worried.
