How long before your 1st OB after conception?

How long did you guys wait before scheduling your OB appt after you found out you were pregnant? I'm 4weeks along and I'll be 6wks when I go to my 1st appt. The nurse said they usually want to wait until 8wks but I don't think I could wait that long, the anxiety of wanting to know I'm ok would kill me.

My doc sees us between 10-12 weeks. I was lucky with my daughter and got in right at 10.  With this one its 12. That's another 5 weeks...aaaahhh!!!

I just found out last week I'm almost 5 weeks and won't be going to OBGYN until June 21,2016 the wait is killing me I just wanna see my baby !!!

Mine was at 5 weeks but they couldn't really do anything for me until 8 weeks

I found out at 4 and went to see my OB at 8... I really wanted to go sooner but I went to a clinic to get tested there so they confirmed my pregnancy and I waited til week 8... The babies are a lot bigger at week 8 than at week 6 so it makes for a better ultrasound

I was 9wks 4d when I saw my baby. I'll be 13wks 4d when I go back. I'm 13wks 2d now.

Went in at 7 weeks where all they did was give me a pregnancy test to confirm what I already knew. At 12 weeks I got to hear the heartbeat and 20 weeks for my first ultrasound.
