Desperately trying to get pregnant. Need prayers and advice!

Hello ladies,
The link above will explain what is going on. We have a small window (20 days) to try and get pregnant before the option is gone forever.
The fertility clinic says they have the option of IVF but honestly I'm unsure if that will be an option for us. They informed us that they were able to freeze enough sperm for 1 round of IVF which after reading isn't very good odds.
I've been off of birth control officially for 3 months and my cycles have been consistent for 2 months.
Can any of you share your stories with me, give advice, and suggestions?
My Husband will be receiving full body radiation, and an intense dose of chemo. Which will probably remove our ability to have children naturally.
We have very wonderful supportive families and we are hard working. Please pray for us.
