Baby daddy?

So I've been talking to this guy who has a daughter. One night he came over and he slept together. I realized it might be too difficult for him to give us a shot because he wouldn't text me much so I let him do his own thing. He texted me saying he wanted to explain himself and why it's a difficult situation which is because his daughters mom watches everything he does and takes him to court and he doesn't want to jeopardize anything. But he's been pursuing me so Long story short we spent a great weekend together, and this weekend he hinted at coming over so I invited him and he just hasn't written back? It's been two days and I'm going crazy thinking about him.. What do I do?
