Have any of you ever had two different types of orgasms. When my SO eats me out I get this really amazing feeling to where I'm totally done in that area and I can't continue. But if we're having sex it feels so amazing and I get this whole different feeling and I can continue but I can get that feeling multiple times during sex. Does this happen to any of you all?
