Snapped

Lately the smallest thing have been pissing me off idk if it's the birth control, that time of the month or what but I get so angry and eventually start sobbing. My younger step brother keeps fucking with my boyfriend and I always get hit with something in the process and I finally snapped, I screamed and left the room. Now I'm crying and my boyfriend doesn't even want to talk to me, I wish I had someone to talk to
