Need advice from HELLP and Preeclampsia veterans!

I'm 33w1d with twins. I went in to see my OB today for what could have been preeclampsia symptoms (rapid weight gain, seeing black floating spots, sudden vomiting, puffiness). The doc said I'm okay for now "but will probably be preeclamptic at some point." I'm not a paranoid person so I'm worried I'll blow off further symptoms. Can anyone who has had one of these conditions with a pregnancy please share your story?
