Anyone else?

Question

Has anyone else been sick every day?? I've been nauseous and sick, exhausted, and depressed for the past 7 weeks. My body feels like it's breaking down. For example, I've been so sick that showering is difficult, (I usually have to cut them short because I throw up) let alone going to work.

please please please let me know if anyone is going throw this. I could use all the support and advice right now.

Yes you are not along I am to & im 10 weeks but when I went on a cruise for seven days I wasn't sick not one day

Hi Brigette!

Mine is very mixed. Some days I throw up all day, I can barely even keep water down, I've had 3 days like this so far, I'm 9w 5d.

Other days I'm sick throughout the day at different times. The other night my whole dinner came back up at 10.45pm!

Some days (not many) I'm not sick at all! I get you, I'm sick in the shower quite frequently, it could be to do with the temperature, try having it a little cooler than what you're used to. But also I you are sick in the shower it's easy to wash away! Every cloud and all that!

Also try eating something, even if only small straight away when you wake up, the last 2 days my partner has started making me a crumpet in the mornings and bringing it up for when my alarm goes off! It seems to be working!

But just eat anything that works for you! The other week I was eating chocolate at 7.30am! My sister is a dietitian, and although would usually frown at eating such things for breakfast, she has even backed it and said as long as you're eating something and keeping it down that's the most important thing at the moment until it settles down!

Remember like cars, our bodies need fuel to function! And although it seems at times our little bean is conspiring against us, eat anything and everything that stays down! It's just a phase and it will pass, then you can concentrate on a more appropriate and healthy diet!
