Slight cramps with brownish discharge

Erica • Married with two beautiful boys. Trying to loose the weight and not get prego at this time.
I had my first visit yesterday and they did a pap. I didn't really have any blood yesterday after. Should I be worried or is it blood from the pap? I have some slight cramping.
