Low sperm count

My partner had his first sperm sample tested this month and its come back as low ( imotile) the doctor is sending him for another sample testing! We're both a bit worried that this is why we've not conceived, I've been off the pill for 2 years and we've been TTC for the past 6 months! Just wanted a little reassurance were not as bad off as we feel... Have people conceived with low sperm count?
