Pain/Sex

Hi, I'm worried about pain in my lower abdominal region.

Yesterday, I had a scare thinking I had a tampon stuck in me.

I couldn't find anything.

I'm still worried something may be stuck up in me.

I search thoughly for it and squatted and all that caused pain.

Then afterwards I had sex.

I took Advil and that helped somewhat.

The following day I had sex.

It was very painful afterwards.

Also, my cervix is low and firm.

Maybe that has something to do w/pain?

Could there possibly still tampon stuck in me?
