TTC & plan a wedding

So as I'm sitting here this morning working on wedding plans I got tired. I decided to go take a small nap before my daughter got up. (Was up at 5 laid down about 6:30) anyways when I woke up I remembered my dream.... I was in the middle of my FINALLY dress fitting and I threw up all over the place. My maid of honor suggested I take a test. It was POSITIVE!!!  Now here is my question.... Should be continue planning our wedding with the small chance that I could end up being pregnant at the wedding or should we postpone the wedding? Wedding date it set for April 5th, 2017
