Healthy Habits?? πŸ‘πŸ»πŸŒ»πŸŽπŸ΄

Okay ladies!
I've decided I 100% want to live a healthier lifestyle. I already know of a few bad habits I need to break. But I'd like to know what are your healthy habits? 
A little about me...
I'm 23, I'm 5'2 and about 125lbs. I have a 5 year old daughter, a 3 year old son and a 7 month old son.
So it's really hard for me to remember to take care of myself after taking care of them!
I brush my teeth in the morning and night, and I recently started taking ItWorks hair skin and nails to grow my hair out (I have a short pixie bob.)
I recently stopped my NuvaRing bc so that I could learn my body and cycles naturally. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't drink cows milk anyway, I usually drink coconut milk or almond, and I hate soft drinks, I drink lemon water or green tea and I'd like to eventually go vegan.
Now the bad...
I don't have time to go to the gym, but I will do little work outs in my bedroom and I'm a waitress, so I walk about 5 miles a day just being at work.
I smoke about a pack a day, which I switched to lights to try to wean off, but still need a little help quitting.
And I drink monster Java coffees every morning. Which I also want to stop, but I get bad caffeine headaches without them.
I also work at a restaurant by the river and we are JUMPING during summer, so after a long night at work I like to grab a bud light and relax, but I want to eventually stop that all together as well. I didn't buy one last night!
And I tend to eat fast food a lot lately. I'm tired after work (I open and close 10am-10:30pm and have a 20 min drive home) so I don't feel like cooking. Last night I scarfed down a Big Mac and went to bed. (Shame on me)
So any advice for me ladies? And what are your healthy habits? Please no mean comments either! 😊
