Yeast infections

I use to get yeast infections all the time when I was younger but I haven't had one in 10+ years until now . At least that's what I think it is… And I noticed it Saturday morning when I woke up and I thought it was weird because it felt like I just had a Pap smear the day before and I haven't. I also haven't had sex in one week + ... It definitely itches and burns when I urinate… However I haven't had any discharge but my lip is swollen. I bought yogurt and I bought vagisil both in The cream and also the wipes darts I've only been eating yogurt and using the wipes and cream for two days is this where I need to do? Any advice?
