Took the test at the hospital and it said not pregnant

I went to the hospital today because i have been feeling tired dizzy nasuea extra hungry moody and bloated. It had gotten worse so i went to see what it was. The doctor really thought i was pregnant but ilthe test came back that im not. But she want me to come back next week to tale the test again. Has this happen to anyone before and the test came back that you are pregnant
