Pregnant or food poisoning

Okay so the past week I haven't been feeling good like I have to throw up and upset stomach , I had some spotting on Sunday for a hour and went out for sushi the same night throughout the whole night I had motion sickness while sleeping , woke up Monday morning with some cramping on my side went to the bath room started throwing up bad and then dirreah then followed by some cold and hot flashes noticed I started bleeding (guessing my period) , took a nap throwing up stopped and upset stomach went on for a hour then stopped , today I felt better it's Tuesday only had a headache and some cramping , but tonight (Wednesday) I'm very sick , feels like I have to throw up and my stomach is feeling a bit out of place like upset , I have a headache and feeling motion sickness so I'm laying down . (Still having a light period ) they are usually really heavy ?
