Cycle after MC

I had a MC on December 21, 2015. It was my very first time being pregnant and I was 10 weeks when we lost our "chip." Since then my cycle has been crazy. I know it takes some time for things to go back to normal but it's been 5 months and it's still crazy. The time is accurate according to the app but now it's lasting longer and so unpredictable as far as the severity. I used to be light say 1, heavy day 2-3 then either done or light day 4-5. Now it's like I spot for 2-3 days then it's heavy for 2-3 days and the. Back to sporting for a day or so....and the cramps really suck!! Has anyone had any kind of similar experience?
