Miscarriage

So last year I found out I was pregnant only early then few days later I started to bleed so I phone the hospital got an appoint ment for a scan had a scan for them to say I need my bloods doing then to go back to see if they double they told me my bloods have dropped there for I was having a miscarriage but while having a miscarriage I had no pain or nothing it was like a normal period  the hospital told me to take a test a week later if it comes back negative I've lost the baby never got checked over or anything and I haven't fell pregnant since
