Really sore between my inner thigh and mommy part?

The place between my inner thigh and vagina has been really sore, is anyone else feeling this?

Try doing some stretches. I usually do the butterfly stretch and cat cow stretch every morning

I am still dealing with that. I had it really bad at 20 weeks. It's still a little painful, but it's getting better. The only thing that I found that helped was massaging that area with coconut oil (i used that because it's safe down there)

i had that ... It was so bad around 20 weeks 😏 it hurt to sit certain ways , when I would sit for so long I had to get up slowly because it HUUURT .. I am now 34 weeks and honestly nothing helped the painting away. I'd take Tylenol and it wouldn't help, I'd stretch and that didn't help either ... Right now it's not as bad as it was before but it's still there
