Medication cost for Femara

Hi ladies, I wanted to share something I didn't realize. My RE just prescribed Femara and my usual pharmacy charges $286 for 5 days. This was more than I could afford right now so I thought we had to stop, but I called around to different pharmacies and was completely shocked at the price different. Our insurance doesn't cover it at all, but these are the cash prices I was quoted (all Pennsylania pharmacies)
