My husband and I were ecstatic when we found out we were pregnant a month ago. We were thinking of cute ways to tell our family and we already picked the names. We had our first ultrasound on May 12 when we told I should be about 8 weeks. The baby was only measuring around 6 weeks but had a strong heartbeat. We had our second ultrasound yesterday at about the 8 week mark but were given the devastating news that our baby hadn't shown any growth and there was no heartbeat and it was only a matter of time before I miscarried.  This news was devastating to both my husband and I, especially since it is our first pregnancy.  We had both been trying for a baby ever since my IUD came out in January. We have been given the option to just wait and see what happens or to get the medical D&C with the pills you do at home. I just don't know what to do and am still reeling from this loss. Any advice or support would be much appreciated.
