Vagina Problems 😅

Okay so I'm having some issues down there. About once a day after I go pee and finish my business, a little while later it feels like I'm peeing myself so I go to the bathroom to check things out and it's quite a bit of what looks to be vaginal discharge. It's thick and white. But it's towards the top of my panties so I think it may be coming out of my urethra. What do you think? (I'm 14)
