Can he have babies?

So today my SO will be visiting a Eurologist to make sure everything down there is working properly and to make sure we have some good swimmers. We've been trying to get pregnant for 2 years and have yet to succeed at it. I have already see my OB/GYN who ran tests and said everything on my end is good to go. My SO is pretty nervous. My hopes are high that nothing is wrong, but he is pretty worried. I told him no matter what I love him and I will be with him, but he feels if these tests don't give us good news he'll just shut down.
