Anyone else? Please share advice or experience

Okay so here goes. I'm 20 years old and hubs is 24. We've been ttc for over a year now and I've started seeing my primary DR for tests before they refer me to the fertility specialists. I've had a blood test where they checked pretty much every hormone down to cholesterol. Everything came up normal but my last 6 cycles have been 50 - 60 days. Currently on CD 52. I've also never had a positive opk (clearblue digital advanced & wondfo) and my bbt has been all over the place. Hubby has a sperm analysis on Tuesday and I have a transvaginal ultrasound next month... I have 2 aunts with PCOS on my mothers side and my aunt and grandmother on fathers side with kidney reflux that caused infertility until surgery to treat it.. Anyone else have similar experiences? What was your outcome?

I thought it was PCOS but now idk since my blood tests were normal...
