How do I respond to this?

This is a conversation between the father of my child and I. He's done a lot. From cheating on me multiple times, leaving me & at one point was just verbally abusive and always flirting with other girls asking them to have sex. Since I've gotten pregnant, I've distanced myself from him (I'm 22 weeks) and it seems he's putting in the effort. It's been almost over a year and a half since he's done anything I've said above. However, I can't stop thinking about everything in my mind and actually moved out.
