Ultrasound troubles

Our little shrimp.. OBGYN can't give me an exact week estimate. . First 4 weeks and then 6 ..had to get my ultrasound done vaginally and still have to wait to see how far along .. I am 😕 ..my LDP was 4/10/16 ..and according to glow im 6 weeks and 5 days.. husband was so excited to see our shrimp only for it to be a bean😯. . Any one else have this misunderstanding at the doctors ?
