Anyone else terrified of birth?

So this is going to be my second baby, if I make it full term. 
I'm only 8 and a half weeks. But I'm already fretting birth. 
I had a c section with my daughter. I never dilated past 3cm over like 18 hour span of induction. They  put balloons in my cervix, had me walk and jump on balls. Nothing worked. So they did an emergency c section. Now the first thing I absolutely hated was the epidural. / spinal block. Not sure which one it was. But it hurt. And I have back problems now because of it. I can't bend my lower back at all without extreme pain. 
  I really don't think I want to do a VBAC , specially without being numb. ( I'm not one of those awesome moms that can tough out the pain of a ripping vag) 
So the only option is a repeat c/s ... But my first one was horrible. They had a hard time getting her out. I felt a lot of pain they kept telling me was pressure , and then I started hemorGing and losing blood and ended up having blood transfusions. I was so terrified the entire time. 
So I'm having a lot of anxiety thinking about birth. 
It's early on for me to be worried right now but I can't help it.  There's only two options and both come with a needle in my spine again. Or if my hospital allows. General Anastasia which I'm even more terrified about because what if I never woke up?! 
Am I the only one freaking out over this? I'm so scared to do this again. 😭

Third here and third c-section and I fear birth.  I fear I'll die on the table and won't get to meet my baby or see my other kids ever again :'(

I have yet to experience any birth.  We are expecting our first.  I am a little scared about it.  I will say though,  I'm my area if you have a c section during one birth all the following have to be c section.  There are only two hospitals that will allow you to try a vaginal birth aftet a c section.  My SIL had to have an emergency c section with her first.  Very horrible experience for get,  I don't want to go into detail just because I dont want to worry you more. However during her planned, second c section things went so much better and easier for her.  Dont feel you are alone, plenty of us are worried and are here if need be

I've done both csection with spinal block and vaginal with epidural. The epidural didnt work for me and gave me hell for nearly a year after where all of a suddrn my body would go numb and i couldnt feel my feet or most of my legs. The spinal was great it was a big relief and i didnt mind that. I recovered from both births just as quick. My csec i didnt have stitches i had glue and was worried the scar would open but it didnt and i was on my feet quick. Wasnt too painful after either. Lost alot of blood and had transfusions with both and vaginal i had theatre three times for ruptured placenta and kept hemoraging. Guess either way its painful and sore after and during. Joys of pregnancy aye.

The vagina ripping is not that bad and happens actually quite fast. It rips at the very end right before you meet the baby if it even rips at all. I had a natural birth and I did rip. It all happens so fast at the end that you don't have time to worry or care. The long hard part is having the patience to go through all the contractions.

Same here, I had complications after the epi. I'm going for natural, unmedicated this time and I'm scared to feel the pain.

No. We were built for this. C sections are most common when other medical interventions have been used first. Just breathe and follow your instincts. Our bodies and babies are very good at knowing what to do.
