Induction stories?

Due to be induced on Monday, May 30th. Tell me all about your induction?? Pretty nervous but trying to remember that I'm going to meet my baby girl this week is making me very impatient as well!! 
Any advice ??

I was induced at 38 weeks, but was dilated to 2, so my Dr broke my water at 9 a.m. Pitocin started shortly thereafter. Pit worked particularly well on me...the pain was amplified and I was ready for an epidural by 12:30. Baby boy was born around 3:45 after 40 minutes of pushing, so, for an induced labor, mine went pretty fast...and I was able to eat dinner that same day lol!

How far along are you? I had to be induced at 37w so my only advice is to be prepared for it to take a little while. I went in early Monday morning and started the induction, but I had to have medicine to help dilate me. I was expecting it to be fairly quick but my LO wasn't born until Wed morning. Eat something before you go in too bc once you get there, depending on where you go, you won't be able to have food until your baby arrives.
