How fat do I look?

My ex called me fat the other day and since then I've been really self conscious, I can't even look in the mirror at the moment without crying or feeling sick. I've completely gone of food and im finding it hard to eat without feeling guilty, im also starting the lemonade diet next week because i absoultaly can't stand how fat I look and i dont want to the guy i like to visit me and run far away.
