What are the chances?

This is my 3rd Clomid Cycle, but my first positive opk!! (first cycle I O'd late and out of the window and missed it, second cycle I didn't O) BD at 12/24/36 hours after the positive test... Hubby has a low count, I can't remember right now, but I believe it's 13 million healthy swimmers. What are my chances of conception? Any advice would be appreciated!! I've been watching documentaries and doing research and the odds never seem to look good (I should stop torturing myself), but I thought I'd ask advice :)
