Help!!!! Serious pain !

Serious stomach pain, major blood clots but it's old blood and I'm not supposed to have my period until two days from now, hurts to move, breath talk and even sit still... I'm hunched over in pain in the car and don't know what to do someone please help me asap... I'm scared because this has never happened before, the blood clots of old blood are scaring me because when i sometimes have old blood spotting before my period but it's never clots like this... What is going on... Totally freaking out
