Zika Virus...should I be freaking out???

I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant and I live in Miami.  My husband travels to the Caribbean island of St. Maarten for work a lot which has been established as a place that has mosquitos who carry the Zika virus which can cause serious birth defects.  Studies have shown that Zika can be transmitted through sex! If a man is infected with the virus he could be a risk for transmitting it for up to 6months.  Should I actually refrain from sex with my husband for the remainder of my pregnancy?   I am willing to do whatever it takes to protect my baby!
