Belly piercing! Help😷😷

I've tried soaks and salt water sprays and crushing aspirin. The aspirin paste for a few nights helped the keloid but it came back and my piercing is pussy crusty bloody and it has a painful swollen bump. I've heard not to use tea tree oil. Am I screwed? It's not rejecting yet thankfully. Looks worse than in the pic, turned black
