Waiting for a referral (UK)

G
Hi we are at the very start of this journey. We found out a few days ago that hubby's swimmers just ain't that good at swimming and the ones that are aren't normal (progressive motility 59% 32% immotile, normal forms 11.5%). So we are being referred to a specialist.
He is devastated, understandably. I'm a bit numb. I'm not convinced it's the end of the hurdles. I still think they're going to find something 'wrong' with me. Which is why I pushed the docs to starts tests in the first place (TTC 11 months).
My questions are... What do we expect during the first appt? Will they repeat his tests? Will they do tests on me? And is there anything we can do to help his little guys? (He doesn't smoke or take baths and has started zinc and folic acid vits)
Thanks :)
