6 weeks pp and I think I'm pregnant again...

I just had my son 6 weeks ago, and I think I'm pregnant again. I don't know what to do, I've been going #2 more often and having weird cramps. Just like the cramps when I was pregnant. I stopped bleeding from the birth about 4.5-5 weeks ago. And also how possible is it to get pregnant off precum?
