Bad OB experience

So I've had a couple of things happen via my OB that make me not want to go back. I had a pap my first visit and bled and cramped for about 2 days. Ok, not her fault but REALLY freaked me out. Ultrasound lady yelled at me when I started crying when I saw our baby. And then, the last straw, I have a UTI and the doc called in penicillin - I'm deathly allergic and my file listed it as an allergy (although apparently the nurse had put it down as a "rash" instead of "throat closed up").
