I think I may lose my job!

I live in Wahington state and my employer has less than 15 employees in the are so they are not required to follow most of the laws protecting me from discrimination. I have worked for them for about 3 years and I believe I am a valued employee but one of the people that will affect the decision has made it his goal to make my life hell. I am very worried that I will lose my job once I tell my boss. I am not sure what to do.
