18 and want to be pregnant

So I'm 18 and I've been with my boyfriend since I was 15 and every now and then I'd be thinking about having a kid but lately thats all that's been in my head. I have Polysistc ovaries and I'm really worried that if I don't have one now I will never get a chance to. My boyfriend says he's not ready for one and I don't want to do anything to ruin what we have but I want to know if I'm being unreasonable or he is.
