Tonsil Stones

Has anyone ever dealt with them or are dealing them. This is the first time I've ever had one, never had them before being pregnant and the only symptom I've had was feeling like popcorn kernel was stuck somewhere in my throat. I got rid of it, but it's very annoying to deal with. Anyone else? How do you deal with them?
