Tuberculosis test came positive

And i am kinda worried. I can't start my new job tomorrow and i have been feeling short of breath before i even went to test. I get tired very easily when walking. My red dot is big came 20mm. I haven't went out of state and of course im not born here. Third time doing this test and the previous two had come negative and never looked as bad as this one. This one even hurts when touched.
