Jealousy

Basically my boyfriend told me he had slept with someone before me but said I was his first genuine girlfriend. I can't help but toss and turn and night thinking about it. I imagine them kissing and I found a picture of her in his jacket...the same jacket he lets me wear. He has photos of them on his Instagram with it and it's killing me!! Someone please help me idk what to do
