Hookah

Okay so I've told my boyfriend before that I do not like hookah or smoking of any sort. I told him this when we first got together because he used to do hookah, but then he quit once we got together. Well last night we got to talking and I said once again, I don't like hookah, vaping, cigs. I said vaping is fine ONLY if there's no nicotine. It was a fine conversation and there were no arguments. Well today I woke up and he was at the smoke shop getting stuff for HOOKAH! Do I have a right to be mad at him? He completely did not care about what u said and did it anyways. We've been together for 2 years if that helps. Thoughts? How would you react?
